This accommodation is located in the country's prime financial district, near the bustling Salcedo market and famous Salcedo Weekend market. the room is spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and warm shower. the staff is kind and allowed guests to leave their luggage after check-out. the location is easily accessible with banks, pharmacies, and food shops nearby. the two-seater dining table is a plus, and the room facilities include a mini fridge, water heater, and microwave oven.
The room could benefit from better maintenance of kitchen appliances and cutlery.

Rooms are large and have microwave and fridge
Lots of noise from the street and other rooms. The windows have no blinds and there is too much light as soon as the sun is out. During check-in no one informed me room cleaning was/sheets change...was on demand

This hotel is conveniently located close to the business area, making it a great choice for business travelers. Additionally, its proximity to the Salcedo Weekend market offers guests the opportunity to explore and enjoy local culture. The rooms are spacious and feature a great Queen Size bed, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff is attentive and the basic amenities provided meet all the necessary requirements. Lastly, the hotel offers a good breakfast to start the day on a positive note.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory, nothing to improve.

The room are old and dirty, wouldn't recommend anybody to stay a weekend there.

I like the location. It is close to shops and restaurants.
Poor maintainance of the rooms. The pipe under the sink leaks. Floor tiles detached. Big cockroach in the bathroom.

Location was convenient for my meetings, and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was spacious and clean. I appreciated the free toiletries in the bathroom.
The elevators were very slow and frequently crowded. The noise from ongoing construction was quite disruptive to my work.

Fantastic location.
Had to ask for house keeping. Had to wait a few times at reception to receive keys for room on return.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. With its great Queen-size beds and spacious rooms, it exceeded my expectations for a hotel of this caliber. The attention to detail was also evident, from the well-equipped kitchenette to the two-seater dining table. I especially appreciated its prime location near the Salcedo Weekend market, allowing for easy access to the heart of the city and the Trident Tower area. The staff provided excellent service, and the basic amenities were more than satisfactory. Not to mention the breakfast, which was a great start to the day.
All was satisfactory; no improvements needed.

I stayed at salcedo suites to try other hotels, what I like bt them is that they are near to mini groceries, and food chains, and I like the night life there in makati...
What I dont like bt salcedo suites is that you can't stay after 12 noon, which in other hotels you can check-out after 5pm...

Location is good only few minutes to my office. Safe and convenient.
There was not enough supply of water, the entire room need a renovation. Fridge, tap sink, and cabinet are very old. My suggestions: Please provide a tea bags or coffee as a compliments for the guest. (Tea pot is a must)
